I can't see my organization's projects

Organizations can restrict third-party apps. An organization owner needs to approve Boardly in GitHub under Organization settings → Third-party access. You can also request access from the in-app link “Missing an organization's projects?”.

The board says “This project has no single-select Status field”

Boardly builds columns from the project's Status field. Add a single-select field named Status in the project's settings on GitHub, then refresh.

I can't create issues from a board

Issues are created in a repository linked to the project. Link one in the project's settings on GitHub.

The sign-in code expired

Codes are valid for 15 minutes. Tap Cancel, then Sign in with GitHub again to get a new code.

How do I sign out or revoke access?

Tap the account icon on the Projects screen → Sign out. To revoke access completely, use Manage GitHub access in the same menu, or go to GitHub Settings → Applications → Authorized OAuth Apps.
